Help guests find answers instantly with Guest AI assistant
We’ve added a floating AI assistant to the dedicated guest page where each reservation sees your automated messages and key stay details. Guests choose their preferred language and tap smart menus instead of typing long questions.
- Arrival & access: parking, access codes guidance and check‑in time.
- Amenities: Wi‑Fi, coffee machine, AC, washer, dishwasher and more.
- Extras: local tips for where to eat, have a coffee or what to visit.
- Check‑out: date/time summary and key check‑out instructions.
The assistant uses only the information you provide: reservation messages, your House Rules PDF and the curated “House rules for AI” text from the Check‑in Editor. It never invents access codes, Wi‑Fi passwords, phone numbers or addresses — if something is missing it gently asks the guest to contact you.
In Check‑in Editor you can import your House Rules PDF, review the extracted text and save it as AI input so the assistant stays both helpful and safe, while reducing repetitive “How do I…?” questions from guests.
Guest AI assistant is currently available for Premium accounts.
